Requires a CDI (Certified Deaf Interpreter) Check this box if the Deaf consumer works with a CDI. A CDI is a Deaf interpreter who partners with a hearing interpreter to ensure accurate, culturally-grounded communication. Often used in legal, medical, or high-stakes settings.

$115 per hour per interpreter, two hour minimum, then quarter hour increments. Assignments of two hours or longer are staffed by a team of two.

After you submit, we email you a secure payment link. Your payment holds the booking, and we start scheduling your interpreter the moment it arrives. Cancel 72 or more hours ahead for a full refund.

Services. ASL Connection LLC, a Washington State licensed interpreter referral agency, coordinates and refers qualified American Sign Language interpreters for the personal assignment you book.

Rate. $115.00 per hour per interpreter, with a two hour minimum. Time beyond the minimum is billed in quarter hour increments. Assignments of two hours or longer are staffed by a team of two interpreters, and each interpreter is billed at the rate.

Payment. Payment in advance holds the booking. We send a secure payment link by email, and scheduling begins when payment is received. If the assignment runs longer than booked, the difference is invoiced afterward at the same rate.

Cancellation. Cancel 72 or more hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours, and assignments where the interpreter arrives and the time goes unused, are retained in full.

Interpreter relationship. Interpreters are independent professionals contracted through ASL Connection. They adhere to the RID Code of Professional Conduct, including strict confidentiality of everything interpreted.

Standard of care. Services are provided on a professional-standard basis. ASL Connection makes no guarantee as to any specific result or outcome of an assignment, and its total liability for an assignment will not exceed the fees paid for it.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Terms version v1-2026-10.
